MadVylage builds and operates software for its clients. We collect only the information needed to deliver those services and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
Applications we operate send SMS notifications for operational alerts only, for example staff shift reports and time-sensitive facility alerts. Messages go exclusively to team members who have asked to receive them.
Client-facing email (records, receipts, announcements) is sent on behalf of our clients to their customers, with unsubscribe honored on every non-transactional message.
Data lives in access-controlled databases operated for each client, with routine backups. We retain it for as long as the client engagement requires and delete it on request.
