MadVylage builds and operates software for its clients. We collect only the information needed to deliver those services and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
Applications we operate send SMS notifications for operational alerts only, for example staff shift reports and time-sensitive facility alerts. Messages go exclusively to team members who have asked to receive them.
Consent is obtained verbally, in person or by phone, before a number is added to any alert list, using the following script. Each consent is logged with the recipient's name, phone number, and the date it was given.
"As part of working with us, our system will send you operational text alerts - things like shift reports, health alerts, and system notices - at your cell number, from our toll-free number (877) 359-8918. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Our privacy and SMS policy is at madvylage.com/privacy.html. Are you OK receiving these messages?"
Client-facing email (records, receipts, announcements) is sent on behalf of our clients to their customers, with unsubscribe honored on every non-transactional message.
Data lives in access-controlled databases operated for each client, with routine backups. We retain it for as long as the client engagement requires and delete it on request.
